10.30 "Closures in Java", a cura di Vitor Souza
Closure is a programming language feature that was born with functional programming languages and is present in many OO languages such as Smalltalk, Groovy, Ruby, Python and Scala. In the past two years there has been discussion on if and how to add Closures to the Java programming language. Three main proposals have been made: BGGA, FCM and CICE+ARM. The presentation presents an overview o each of them and a summary on the closures debate.
